This live-action adaptation of a Dr Seuss classic, a humbug rejected from his home for being different develops a hatred for Christmas (and fun) and makes it his mission to ruin Christmas for the residents of Whoville. He makes himself busy stealing all things Christmas from their homes, until he meets a little girl called Cindy Lou Who.

The Nightmare Before Christmas (2000)

Jack Skellington, beloved pumpkin king of Halloweentown, has become bored of his routine of scary folks in the real world. He discovers the joys of Christmastown, and plans to kidnap Santa Claus, to bring his festive spirit back to Halloweentown, but everything doesn’t quite go according to plan.
