This exciting role will join a passionate Development Team, taking responsibility to manage and embed a supporter centred approach to fundraising through membership, public appeals, and legacies. Your skills and experience will help bring to life our vision for wildlife to be a part of everyone’s lives and for people to want to, and be enabled to, protect wildlife now and for the future.
You will help shape, plan and implement the strategy for a new approach to individual giving and be part of influencing colleagues and recruiting your team. The role will focus on identifying opportunities that effectively maintain and grow membership and increase donations.
This role offers huge scope for growth and development, with a focus on implementing and developing meaningful, long-term relationships with individuals who want to save wildlife together.
