The Lodge at Bristol Zoo.
Eating breakfast with the gorillas, taking a behind-the-scenes twilight tour among the animals and being cooked for by a private chef are just some of the perks of staying at The Lodge – Bristol Zoo’s new luxury accommodation.
The Zoo is calling it “a secluded luxury lodge with a hint of safari” but this overnight stay is as much about the animal experiences as the boutique accommodation.
Owain Cassidy, Bristol Zoo’s head of marketing and development said: “We are inviting people to come and create some amazing memories during their stay at The Lodge. The real adventure begins when guests are taken behind-the-scenes to meet some of our best loved animals when everyone else has gone home. Guests can watch the sun set and rise over the Zoo in this intimate experience offering exclusive access to the Zoo.”
Located behind the Zoo’s Zona Brazil exhibit, ‘The Lodge’ can accommodate up to four adults and two children.
Bookings are now being taken. Prices start at £125 for six people, per person.
The Lodge has been designed and fitted by Bracey Interiors, a reputable interior design business based in Bristol.
