We have introduced an ‘Access to Nature’ bursary scheme, designed to provide community groups who would not normally have the resources or chance to visit Wild Place Project or Bristol Zoo Gardens access to nature and an out-of-classroom learning experience.
People learn through what they do, encounter and discover. We have a strong desire to engage with people in all communities and postcodes around Bristol and bring them all a little bit closer to nature.
The scheme will offer individuals a free visit to either of the Society’s attractions – Bristol Zoo Gardens and Wild Place Project - as well as an optional education session.
To be considered for the bursary, please download the below application form and we will be in touch in due course.
Please complete and return the application form by email to: email@example.com quoting ‘BZS Bursary’ and the name of your organisation in the subject heading. If you have any questions about filling in the form, please call the Education section on 0117 428 5441.
We are always looking for supporters of the bursary scheme. As a conservation charity we rely on the generous support of businesses to help us bring even more people, who would not normally be able to visit, closer to nature. If you are a business interested in helping, please email our development team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
