Due to recent Government guidelines surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19), our outreach programme is currently on hold.
Sessions outside the Zoo include some of our smaller animals, and we'll also bring some of our biofacts such as skulls, skins, horns and stuffed specimens.
Please make sure you book well in advance as our Outreach sessions are very popular!
Outreach sessions cover the same topics that we offer in the Zoo covering Early years, Key Stages 1- 3, 14-19 years, special educational needs, and FE level. These sessions meet the requirements of the National Curriculum or exam board specification if required.
You can find more information about the sessions we offer here.
We are also happy to come to your school to present assemblies. These can cover a range of interesting topics, for example - Endangered Species & Habitats (Key Stage 2) to Climate Change and Wildlife (Key Stage 3-4) or the Zoo as a Business (KS3 – 4).

You can contact the education bookings team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0117 428 5441.
Our Zoo To You team visits a huge variety of organisations and events each year; so if you are a group such as Scouts, Brownies, Rainbows, a retirement group/home, a hospital, or if you are organising a corporate event or festival, you can book our team to come to you.
Availability - Visits are available throughout the year, seven days a week.
Please email email@example.com or call 0117 428 5592 for more information or to make a booking.
