Keeper Volunteer

Volunteering Volunteering

We do not have any Volunteer Keeper opportunities at the moment. If you would like to be involved with Bristol Zoo Gardens before it closes this September, please consider the Engagement Volunteer role that we are currently recruiting for. If you would like to be involved in keeper volunteering, there may be future opportunities at our sister site, the Wild Place Project. Thank you for your interest.

Based on one of our animal sections, Keeper Volunteers provide valuable support to our Animal Department. Shadowing our keepers, volunteers will get a hands-on experience of animal husbandry, enabling the team to do additional behaviour observation and create more enrichments.
