Our work experience programme supports the Society’s strategy of working with communities that reflect the diversity of the West of England and engages students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In 2025, we will continue to work with schools in Bristol and South Gloucestershire with whom we have established partnerships via Bristol Future Talent.
In addition, we will have a limited number of places for general applications for work experience taking place on the following two weeks:
Week commencing: Monday 30 June 2025 and Monday 7 July 2025.
The objective of our work experience programme is to provide students with an overview of the career opportunities we offer at the Society, and we have developed a schedule where students spend time with a variety of different departments.
We anticipate a high demand for our work experience placements, and the application process will open on Monday 18 November 2024 with a closing date for applications on Sunday 1 December 2024.
Once the application window opens, the work experience placements will be advertised on our Careers page under 'Current Vacancies' with details of how to apply via our recruitment portal. Please note we will only accept applications made via the recruitment portal.
Thank you for your interest in work experience at Bristol Zoological Society.
