About

Bristol Zoological Society is a conservation charity with a mission 'to save wildlife through conservation action and engage people with the natural world'. As part of this mission, we direct 20 field conservation projects across nine countries. This work is reflected in the species we care for at Bristol Zoo Project and Bristol Zoo Gardens, from blue-eyed black lemurs to turquoise dwarf geckos.

Oliver’s talk will introduce you to some of these species, explore the threats they face in their natural habitats, and give you an insight into the work we are doing to help protect wildlife.

This talk will start at 2pm with plenty of time for questions at the end, and finish at 3.30pm.
