In collaboration with Aardman, and in partnership with global art producer, Wild in Art, each super-sized sculpture, standing at 160cm tall, has been individually designed by artists from across the region and beyond.

Can you spot all the Christmas inspired Shaun the Sheep sculptures in our festive woodland? Find the letter at each sculpture to complete the fun anagram activity on the back of the map.

Plus, throughout the festive season, join our Santa letter-writing workshop and pop them in our special post box to send straight to the North Pole. Check the admissions board for times as the activity is subject to availability.

Our endangered red panda species inspired the Panda-monium Shaun sculpture, created by local artist, Tim Sutcliffe.

With very few red pandas left in the wild, threatened by habitat loss and poaching, we are working to help protect the species through conservation breeding programmes. Don’t forget to say hello to our adorable red panda pair, Neora and Laya, in their new habitat that has been designed to reflect their native environment.

Gorilla rainforest inspired Shaun the Sheep sculpture with kid looking up to its faceOur forthcoming Central African Forest habitat inspired the Gorilla Rainforest Shaun sculpture, designed by Jodie Silverman. The new habitat will be home to our existing much-loved troop of Critically Endangered western lowland gorillas, who will be joined by a new group of Endangered cherry-crowned mangabeys.
