Bristol’s red panda pair have been incredibly popular with visitors, helping to connect millions of people with nature as well as raising vital funds for wildlife conservation.

What you could win:

First prize: A VIP red panda experience

A woman holds a container of food up to a red pandaBegin your adventure with refreshments at the Courtyard Café, then head straight to the Lemur Walkthrough to come face-to-face with our mob of mischievous ring-tailed lemurs. Join the keepers to prepare enrichment activities and get up close to these cheeky creatures, making unforgettable memories.

After your lemur experience, it’s time to embark on a personally guided tour with Bristol Zoo Project’s Curator of Mammals, Will Walker, who will introduce you to the amazing animals in Bear Wood, including our brown bears, lynxes, and wolves. With Will's extensive knowledge, you'll gain a unique insight into the lives of these fascinating animals.

Enjoy a delightful lunch at Base Camp Pizzeria before heading to the red panda habitat with Senior Keeper, Zoe Norman. You'll assist Zoe in preparing enrichment activities for our adorable red pandas, Neora and Laya. You’ll then spend quality time with our panda couple, explore their habitat, and learn first-hand what it takes to be a panda keeper.

Your adventure doesn't end there! Spend the rest of the day exploring Bristol Zoo Project at your leisure. Plus, with a £50 gift voucher for the zoo shop, you can take home a special souvenir to remember your incredible day.

Win family tickets to Bristol Zoo Project!

We have two sets of family tickets for you to experience Bristol Zoo Project on any day you choose! Immerse yourself in the wonders of wildlife, discovering amazing animals from around the globe while learning about our vital conservation projects dedicated to protecting these incredible creatures and their habitats.

Click the button below and select how many tickets you would like to purchase. Each ticket gives you one entry into the prize draw.  This draw is open until midnight on 31 March 2025, and you can enter multiple times.

Tickets:

  • £5 - single entry 

  • £15 - three entries 

  • £75 - 15 entries 

  • £150 - 30 entries and your name on a supporter plaque on Bear Wood walkway

  • £200 - 50 entries and an African Forest supporter plaque

The cause

Every ticket purchased directly supports our African Forest Appeal.  African Forest is the first habitat to be built as part of the new conservation zoo development at Bristol Zoo Project. By purchasing a ticket, you'll be helping to support this phase of the development and further enable our teams to safeguard the future of precious species in the wild. The more tickets you purchase, the greater your impact!

Terms and conditions

Thank you for supporting our raffle. These terms and conditions refer to our online raffle draw.

No person under 18 years of age allowed to buy tickets.

The prize is suitable for two people aged 8+. Very young children under the age of 8 will not be able to participate in feeding the red panda activity. Under 15 year olds will need to be accompanied by an adult.

The promoter of this raffle is Bristol Zoological Society, Hollywood Mansion House, Hollywood Lane, Bristol BS10 7TW. Registered Charity Number 1104986 (England & Wales).

Bristol Zoological Society is registered with South Gloucestershire Council to operate this raffle under registration number 452.

The cost of each entry is £5. Players may purchase multiple tickets and payment must be in advance of entry into the draw.

Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.

As of 1 April 2020, credit card transactions will not be accepted for online or phone purchases of raffle tickets. This is in response to legislative changes by the Gambling Commission. Debit cards will continue to be accepted.

Any entries received after the closing date will be treated as donations.

There are no refunds.

A random number generator is used to select raffle prize winners.

Prizes will be allocated in order of the tickets being drawn from the first prize down to the last one. Read full details of raffle prizes.

The winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 3 days of the draw date.

The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase (this will be emailed to you following you raffle ticket purchase, please ensure you enter the correct contact details when making payment).

Prizes will be arranged with the prize winners and must be claimed and/or used within 4 months following the draw date.

The Charity will make all reasonable attempts to contact prize winners during this time.

All profits from the raffle will go towards our African Forest appeal. If we are fortunate enough to meet our appeal target of £100,000, all donations over this amount will be put towards Bristol Zoological Society's conservation work, so you can be sure your donation is going where it is most needed.
